Find Your Faith License Agreement & Terms of Use

End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Wind Down Studio, LLC ("Service Provider") for the use of the Find Faith mobile application ("Application").

By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

  1. License: limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal-use license.
  2. Restrictions: no reverse engineering, modification, resale, or unlawful use.
  3. Ownership: licensed, not sold; all intellectual property remains with Service Provider.
  4. Content: spiritual and instructional content is for personal reflection and educational use.
  5. Updates: updates and upgrades may be required for continued use.
  6. Termination: non-compliance terminates rights automatically.
  7. Disclaimer: provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties.
  8. Limitation of Liability: no liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  9. Governing Law: State of California.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Find Faith app (hereafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Wind Down Studio, LLC (hereafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.

By downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, translation, reverse-engineering, or creation of derivative works based on the Application is strictly prohibited.

The Application may offer a 7-day free trial, after which access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current subscription period.

Some functions require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access or exceeding your data allowance.

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
